Hampton Court is a Royal Palace in the South of England. It was the palace of Henry the VIII, and is also the location of the Royal School of Needlework, which my wife attends whilst I paint in the grounds. This is a large oil painting on boxed canvas.
This is one of the many Lakes in the North of England in the Lake District. Here, when the tourists have gone home; the sun no longer shines, leaving the beauty to be appreciated by the birds.
This a large oil painting inspired by one of my art heroes, Andrew Tischler. Andrew has a long running highly successful online art training compan, with whom I have been studying for a number of years. This is based on the waters from Andrew's home country, New Zealand.
This is an oil painting of a bay on the West Wales Coast. Wales for me, blends the modern with the traditional way of living in a far more pleasant way to live.
This painting is inspired by Turner's work especially the piece "Snow Storm". Personally, it represents a short time in my life when everything seemed disturbed. Thankfully, this passed, but this painting represents the storms we all pass through in our life.
This castle was supposed to be the home of King Arthur in Cornwall. It is a place I have visited many times, it is wild and rugged in nature, but also beauty make this place special for me.
